Via D. Orlando Ledbetter of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the Falcons have indefinitely suspended their relationship with Papa John's in the aftermath of the report that founder John Schnatter made racially insensitive comments during a May conference call. Schnatter has resigned from his position at Papa John's and gave up his seat on University of Louisville's Board of Trustees, which he served on for the last two years.

The committee of independent directors with the fewest business and personal ties to the onetime chairman was formed to "evaluate and take action with respect to all of the company's relationships and arrangements" with Schnatter, according to the statement.

2 dead as France World Cup victory celebrations take violent turn
For all the insane antics - and some revelers who got out of control - a sense of patriotism and unity was nearly visceral. Two French football fans have died after violence broke in the country following France's World Cup victory.

Papa John's Founder, John Schnatter, has been anything but a good influence on his own brand/company. Now, baseball is moving away from him, his name is being stripped from a stadium in Louisville and his image is being stripped from all marketing materials and pizza boxes. "Racism and any insensitive language, no matter what the context simply can not - and will not - be tolerated at any level of our company". - Schnatter spoke about the pizza chain's split with the National Football League, which came after he blamed the company's declining sales on player protests.

Papa John's is not an individual. I hurt people's feelings.

France and Croatia at full strength for World Cup final
While the players lifted the trophy in the pouring rain, fans across the world flooded Twitter in celebration. France was also helped by the form struck by its main forward Antoine Griezmann and playmaker Paul Pogba .

He pointed out that Schnatter's type of behavior would not be tolerated from any employee at Papa John's.

"We will be engaging a broad set of stakeholders to chart a course forward that demonstrates our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion", he said. "So, yeah they tried to extort us and we held firm", Schnatter said.

Elon Musk Brands Thai Cave Diver A 'Pedo' On Twitter
Vernon Unsworth, an explorer who is an expert in the cave, dismissed Musk's submarine was "a PR stunt " in an interview with CNN . But that wasn't enough, he then called Unsworth, "Pedo guy", and that is where he might be getting himself in serious trouble.

I will personally be leading this effort because there is nothing more important for Papa John's right now. Eventually, Pizza Hut took over as the new official pizza sponsor, though Papa John's still had agreements with 22 teams at that time. "But I never apologized for taking the name down and I never knew about it".
