Manigault claims to have made multiple recordings during her time in the White House - transcripts of which appear in her upcoming book, Unhinged: An Insider's Account of the Trump White House.
"I protected myself because this is a White House where everybody lies".
In it, Manigault Newman describes a mentally waning, racist and lewd, charismatic but emotionally abusive, man overseeing a conniving cast of aides and family members whose varied goals rarely include the betterment of the nation.
The final clip NBC aired showed Manigault Newman asking if Trump was "aware of what's going on" and Kelly interjecting and saying, "This is a non-negotiable discussion". Manigault Newman provides no proof of the alleged recording. She told Todd that she heard a recording of Trump using the n-word. The Post has reviewed the agreement. The campaign declined CNN's request for comment.
Manigault-Newman invited the White House to release proof of her so-called violations.
"It had finally sunk in that the person I'd thought I'd known so well for so long was actually a racist", she wrote, according to The Guardian. The reason given was to protect White House "security systems". The woman, who goes by the stage name Stormy Daniels, had claimed she slept with the then-future-president a decade earlier.
"I heard his voice as clear as you and I are sitting here", Manigault Newman said.
Another surprising tidbit of information that came from this interview with Chuck Todd is that Manigault-Newman also believes that everyone who left the West Wing is now having their silence paid for. "Fake news!" He did not say that.
Ms Manigault Newman defended her decision to covertly record it and other White House conversations, describing it as a form of protection.

Donald Trump's former attorney Michael Cohen is throwing cold water on a claim from a onetime White House aide that she saw the president eat a piece of paper in the Oval Office. The accusations include her allegedly improper use of a government vehicle, which she denies. "I had a blind spot when it came to Donald Trump". She suggests that it might have been part of a secret document because of the meeting with Cohen. The deterioration, she posits, is perhaps due to his copious intake of Diet Coke.
In her interview with Todd, Manigault Newman called on the White House to release her employee file so "the American people will see that I worked my butt off for this country". But she has recordings.
