O2 customers unable to get online

O2 data not working as company has network issues O2 investigating UK-wide network outages

The O2 team has said that it is working fast to address the technical issues and have described it as a "high priority".

Mobile network O2 has said it is investigating a technical fault that has left thousands of mobile customers unable to get online.

Some users are still reporting issues with voice calls.

Some users also suggested that SMS messaging might not be working, too, leaving them unable to send texts.

One of the largest United Kingdom phone networks, O2, is investigating a network outage that has rendered mobile data inaccessible to the company's 25 million customers.

The outage is thought to be affecting about 32 million in the UK.
