Ethereum Studio ConsenSys Teams Up With Chip Manufacturer AMD
ConsenSys and AMD Partner to Develop Blockchain Based Cloud Computing

The said project dubbed, W3BCLOUD will leverage ConSensys' extensive blockchain software expertise and will plan to develop optimised solutions powered by AMD hardware.
According to the statement in ConsenSys'press release, W3BCLOUD would be the first of its kind - an independent cloud computing architecture that would satisfy the needs of both private as well as public sectors.
ConsenSys, a blockchain software technology company based in Brooklyn, New York, announced a collaboration with Halo Holdings, an investment management firm headquartered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab, and American multinational semiconductor company Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.
Joe Lubin, ConsenSys founder reported that the partnership with AMD will push the company's efforts towards scalable adoption of emerging decentralized systems across the globe.
Within the association, ConsenSys will afford expertise in the field of computing in blockchain transactions, security issues, and use cases for the technology.
AMD'sJoerg Roskowetz outlined smart identity, enterprise data centers, health ID tracking, licensing and supply chain management as some of the use cases for blockchains that could benefit from improved performance enabled by hardware that's created to efficiently process blockchain workloads.
The platform thus developed will be able to cater the burgeoning demand from dominating companies as well as government listed agencies to deploy the technology with the aim to support enterprise data centers, smart identity, health ID tracking, supply chain management solutions, and licensing explained Roskowetz.
